Sailor’s graffiti: the motif depicted on the Graffiti rug is a copy of obscure marine animals drawn by a Japanese sailor using white chalk on a black background.
Each production stage in this design rug, made by Tibetan artisans, is meticulously carried out by hand with natural materials.

Thanks to its passion for excellence, skilled artisan craftsmanship and contemporary design, Cassina chose cc-tapis to produce a hand-knotted rug based on the innovative flair of architect Charlotte Perriand. Never mass-produced, Cassina presents the Graffiti rug in close collaboration with Pernette Perriand-Barsac.
